"We stay in Bryanston and we know that the nearest Audi centres are Audi X or Fourways. This morning, Monday 28 January 2019, I opted to take my car into your Fourways branch. I am so glad I did!!
I was introduced to your service manager, Rafiq Malander, who listened to my issue and experience and offered to inspect my vehicle. Rafiq assisted by test driving the vehicle in order to ascertain the noise I described. At the conclusion of his inspection, Rafiq advised that the rattling noise was caused by a loose connection in and around the shock absorber area of the vehicle and further advised that he had addressed both the rattling sound as well as the noisy brake situation. I immediately remember that Audi Sandton had previously attended to that area of the vehicle.
Driving back home, the car no longer made the rattling noise and drove as it should.
To Rafiq, I say thank you for your effort this morning and for providing me with the peace of mind I needed. I am truly grateful. Your positive, can-do attitude and professionalism are appreciated

I am writing this email with great pleasure and pride.
I have been an Audi fan all my life and have been a proud owner for years.
For once since driving Audi I encountered a problem with my car. To make it worse, I had my 6 month old with me. I took my car to Audi X…... They misdiagnosed the vehicle and had to keep it for the weekend. I wasn't very pleased with that and therefore collected the vehicle. I took it to Audi Fourways and I must say, the experience I got from Rafiq Malander is worth bragging about!!!
He went out of his way to assist me, even though the dealer was already closing. The vehicle was fixed within a day and my little one and I were well.
Thank you Audi Fourways for investing in your staff and having people like Rafiq. The best customer experience thus far.

With the great service I received from Mr Sibongile Chondile I thought a rating would not be enough to show the excellence that was exhibited!
It is often the friendly clients that demand a lot and require someone that is on the ball and knows what they are doing. Subconsciously I know I am that such client. I came to Sibongile on a weekend as I dropped off my car to get fixed, from the first instance the professionalism was apparent, and the knowledge came through in the right doses, telling me exactly and only what I needed to know about each car that I was interested in on the floor.
When my car was delayed in the service department because of a part that needed to be ordered from Germany, he was able to adapt and work out an efficient way forward when other sales executives would have told me to wait until it's fixed and only then the process could be started.
As I said before, I am a person that likes to deal with people that know what they are doing and have their ducks in a row and I got just that from this man. There was no day where I called him for information or an update and he did not have the answer off hand.
He took all the admin in his stride and promptly let me know when any delays were experienced and why. Despite any delays he got the car sale deal through in 3 days, which is astonishing to me, even though it was silently expected.
when I collected my car, I was promptly taken through the car's features even though I owned an Audi before. I must admit that no one had taken me through the features so completely and so well. I now truly know the Audi experience!!
So, I thought I need to write this in black and white because the evaluation call is taking too long, but more so because the call would not do justice to my experience. I hear the rating system is from 1 to 10, well I would give Sibongile a perfect 20 for going above and beyond even when he had other clients to deal with and to deliver cars to.
Mr Sibongile Chondile as your name states which is the best way to end this pleasant email with I just want to say, "I Thank You!".

I have been in the motor trade from February 1992, and have worked my way all the way up to Service Manager, and then had to leave the brand due to personal reason, I am back with the brand as a Service Advisor, a job I truly love, but I would just like to let you know that “Jaryd is a star and has great potential, He will go places, you must look after him!, he did extremely well yesterday and he presented your dealership and Audi extremely well yesterday”, I have long last seen someone with so much drive and potential.
